The aim of the workshop is to discuss equilibrium and non-equilibrium spectroscopic studies of quantum materials with table top lasers, Synchrotrons and FELs. The invited speakers are distinguished scientists in the different disciplines that allowed these great achievements, both on the development of Syncrotron and FEL concepts as well as in their use for spectroscopic studies of complex matter.
