I3 Network Research Infrastructures brochure published
The i3-NET FP6 project grouped all FP6 Integrated Infrastructures Initiatives to share good practices and strenghten the links among them.
As a final deliverable a brochure dedicated to Research Infrastructures has been drafted in the last year and has now been published. Three out of seventheen contributions have been derived from the Transnational Access activities of the IA-SFS project, the synchrotrons and FELs I3 preceeding ELISA.
Hopefully this will make a positive contribution towards a broader understanding of the importance of Research Infrastructures, and support the case for improved funding in FP8. Paper copies are being printed and sent around Europe, and the i3-NET coordinator has also proposed to have the brochure as an expanded version for the monthly research*eu magazine.
