• Important deadlines:
  • June 15^th (extended to June 24^th): Abstract submission.
  • July 01^st (postponed to July 06^th): Acceptance notification.
  • July 15^th: "Early bird" payment deadline
  • September 01: final registration

The regular fee is 270 € for "early bird" payment and 350 € for payment after July 22^th, 2016,

• No fee payment is required by the following participants:
  • Invited Speakers (A)
• Reduced fee of 150 € is available for:
  • Elettra Staff (B)
• Limited funding for reduced fee is available for students (C)
  • Please contact the organizers at NGSCES2016@elettra.eu (before the registration).
    
• For categories B and C the Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased separately:
  • Conference Dinner: 40,00 €/person (reserve it in the registration form).
• The fee covers:
  • Conference kit
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference Dinner
  • Lunches
• The fee does not cover the accommodation.
  • Single (70 €/pers.) and double room (35 €/pers.) can be booked at the adriatico guesthouse. Please note that rooms cannot be booked directly at the adriatico guesthouse, you will be asked to specify the type of accommodation request on the registration form.

Payment methods

On-site payment will not be accepted.
After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).
