Registration is closed!

Accommodation at the Adriatico Guesthouse is fully booked

The regular fee is € 200 for early registration to the conference (€ 240 after October 4^th, 2017),
to be paid either by credit card or bank money transfer (see details here below).
Note that students and young researches can benefit from the EUCALL support.

• The fee covers:
  • Conference kit
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference Dinner
  • lunches at the Adriatico Guesthouse
• No fee payment is required by the following participants:
  • Invited Speakers (A)
  • Elettra Staff (B)
  • Elettra GdR (permanent Research Team members at Elettra) (C)
  • Participants from Trieste Science Institutions (including students) (D)
  • Participants from Developing Countries (E)
• For categories B, C, D, E, the Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased separately:
  • Conference Dinner: EUR 50,00/person (reserve it in the registration form).

Please, note that the registration does not include hotel costs.

Payment methods

On-site payment will not be accepted.
After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).
