Elettra Crowd newsletter 2016 n. 4
Welcome to Elettra Crowd!
The "season of mists" has arrived to Trieste, but Elettra is teeming with activity as if it was the first day of Spring. Along with the scientific highlights, we present you with several important happenings regarding the cutting edge developments in the next generation light sources. Science@FELS and ALERT-2016 were two conferences on the FEL and storage ring technologies, both held in Trieste in September. In addition, you can find out about the EUCALL project, which has reached a milestone by successfully completing its first year. We hope that you will share our enthusiasm in seeing the advances in light sources and as always we look forward to seeing you with us here at Elettra!
