1st International Workshop on
Nano-scale Spectroscopy
and its Applications to
Semiconductor Research

Workshop Proceedings

The proceedings of the workshop will be published in the series Lecture Notes in Physics (Springer Verlag Heidelberg).

The manuscript should have review character and clearly describe a method. Each contributed should contain at least partly original and prevoiusly unpublished material, be written in a clear, pedagogical style and aimed at a broader readership, especially nonspecialist researchers wishing to familiarize themselves with the topic concerned.

Page limit: Manuscript should be no more than 10 pages.

All manuscripts have to be written using the Springer Latex macro.

The duly completed and signed copyright transfer statement must be submitted to Dr. Watanabe together with the contribution.
