I am deeply interested in the elucidation of protein structures that can serve as basis for the development of novel pharmacological approaches, as well as environmentally friendly energies. I am experienced in structural biology techniques like X-ray crystallography, SAXS, CD and AUC, molecular modelling, and in molecular biology techniques like gene design and protein expression in microbiological vectors. Most of my work is linked with metastasis-related proteins, Galectins, and am currently working with Deubiquitinases activated in processes of Glioma/Glioblastoma malignancies.
