With reference to your attendance to the Meeting SSSFEL12, to be held on , and according to art. 13 of Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 we inform you that:

1. the personal data you provide are necessary to:
   • proceed with your registration to the conference;
   • provide invitation letters (when applicable);
   • assist with accommodation needs, and specifically communicate this data to the Guesthouse/Hotels management for accommodation purposes (when applicable);
   • process claims for reimbursement (when applicable);
2. your personal data will be processed:
   • manually and electronically;
   • by authorised, identified and properly trained personnel;
   • in accordance to safety standards that shall guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data;
3. the use of personal data provided by you:
   • shall be strictly connected to the organisation of the Meeting SSSFEL12
   • could be included in the web pages announcing this event;
   • could be provided upon request to the sponsors of the event, in the form of "List of Participants";
4. non-authorised third parties will be prevented to have access thereto.

7. We also inform you that according to art. 7 of the Decree 196/2003 you are granted specifics rights. In particular, you could obtain:
   • the confirmation about the existence of your data and the communication of them from the Data Controller or the Data Processors;
   • the origin of the data;
   • the reasons and purposes of the data processing;
   • the deletion;
   • the anonymous conversion of the data or the blocking of the processing (when illegal);
   • the updating;
   • the amendment or the integration of the data if necessary.

You could oppose by written notice to the data processing for lawful reasons.
