Papers dealing with the topics of the conference to be presented, as posters will be welcome. If you wish to present your work, please submit an extended abstract.

Oral Presentations
The lecture hall is equipped with overhead and slide projectors (video beamer on request). Speakers are reminded of the importance of using only clear and high quality slides and transparencies.
The allotted times for the oral presentations include five minutes for discussion.
Media Check
Participants should contact the technician two hours in advance of each session in order to avoid last minute preparation and confusion. For early morning sessions, prepare and test your material the day before.
Poster Presentations
One display board will be provided for each poster. Assistance and mounting materials will be available.
The posters will be displayed during the whole conference. Authors are requested to give a one-minute oral presentatation of their poster and be present at their poster during the poster session.
Book of Abstracts
A collation of accepted abstracts will be provided to all delegates upon arrival. There will be no conference proceedings.
