Proceedings

The Proceedings will be published as soon as possible after the Conference in CD-ROM and book format.

in their definitive format.

A CD-ROM or paper copy of the Proceedings will be mailed to each registered participant according to the choice made on the Registration Form. The cost is included in the registration fee. Additional copies can be requested and are charged separately.

Interest in Transactions was polled through the Pre-registration Forms; following the resulting general opinion, Transactions will not be published.
