Students are welcome to access to the Elettra laboratory in the preparation of Laurea and PhD thesis, for participating in schools/conferences/lectures/ and during periods of training ans stages. For organization reasons the students belong to different categories and each one is kindly invited to carefully read the following  instruction  before making the access request which has to be sent using the Virtual User Office address (VUO), at least 15 days prior to the beginning of the activity.

If you are not yet registered in the VUO, please click on the link “New User” and insert ID and PASSWORD.

As soon as you have filled and sent the access request, your data will be processed by the competent office and you will be eventually contacted if other information/data are needed.

If your request is accepted you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and a document about the condition of the activities which should downloaded and signed for agreement and should be given to the competent offices prior to the receipt of the badge for the access. Depending on your profile (student, collaborator, Elettra partner, etc) you will be eventually asked to upload documents. Therefore, before to proceed with the registration, please read carefully the following instructions in the “INFO” page.

If not completed and submitted, the access request will remain pending for 30 days; after this period it will be automatically cancelled and a new request has to be sent.
