Deadlines

Application forms shall be received by May 31, 2011.

Participants shall be informed on the acceptance of their application by email by June 30, 2011.

Registration fee shall be paid by July 22, 2011.

Accommodation at the Idea Hotel shall be confirmed to the secretary by July 22, 2011.
