Protein-Membrane Binding on a Chip

Abstract
This talk is about the interactions between bilayer membrane ligands binding to proteins in aqueous solution that have more than one binding pocket. The thermodynamics of binding is measured using fluorescence microscopy and microfuidics techniques deriving details about binding on a two-dimensionally fluid interface.
