1. The goal is to have Elettra Demo working fully at the end of the meeting.

There will be an agenda event woth the details and a wiki page for technical
information and discussion.

3. Here is what else we have decided about the demo, the todo list and the commitments:
We will use advanced reservation only on se.
Storyboard: remote expert connects and from the logbook discover there is a problem. Starts a videoconference session with the operator.
Access browsing the resources the IMs and notice a bad orbit.
Then decides to start the orbit correction workflow.
Monitoring the workflow execution the operator realizes that the orbit improves.
VCR: we need a way to show the orbit and the workflow running.
Luca De Marco will take care of graphics.
Workflow: we will prepare a simple workflow, a workflow with advanced reservation on the se and maybe advanced reservation on ie. Marko will code the workflows.
There is a new facade ws-i compliant. Francesco will provide a new tag of the ie software.
Roberto will make compatible the VCR with this new version of the ie.
We have to be able to stop the workflow. The current wfms does not allow this.
We should be able to monitor the workflow. The current wfms does not allow this.
VCR will code as a backup a webservice to use inserting hooks in the demo workflows.
Roberto and Claudio Scafuri will take care of the orbit corrector and machine simulator.
