Dr. Luca Petaccia has been a staff scientist at the Elettra synchrotron light laboratory since December 2001.

As a member of the Elettra Beamlines Group, he contributed to the operation and scientific program of the SuperESCA beamline.

Since April 2007, he has been responsible for the BaDElPh beamline at Elettra.
