Programme codes

The date, type of presentation and location for each contribution in the programme can be easily identified from the programme code, which is composed of six letters as follows:

  • the first two letters are the code for the day: MO, TU, WE;
  • the third letter pertains to the type of presentation:
    • I is for invited oral contributions;
    • O means contributed oral presentations;
    • P is for poster;
  • next come a letter indicating the location:
    • P for Poster Room;
    • A for the main room;
    • B for the smaller room;
  • the number at the end is the sequential order/place within the session, both for oral and poster sessions.

For example:
MOIA01 would be an invited oral presentation presented first, in the first session on Monday in the main hall.
WEPP03 would be a poster presented during the poster session scheduled on Wednesday in the Poster Room.
