Registration
⚠️ Due to the covid-19 crisis, the workshop is CANCELLED, and the registration is suspended. ⚠️
Number of Participants
The maximum number of participants to the workshop (accompanying persons excluded) is 70. The room availability at local hotels is also limited because of other events in the same period.
The participants are asked to arrange the staying by their own. A list, not exhaustive, of hotels and b&b is listed in Accommodation. For the reasons above, you are invited to register and reserve a room as soon as possible.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for participants is 150 euro, the fee includes:
- welcome cocktail on the 26th of May, 2020
- social event on the 27th of May, 2020
- social dinner on the 28th of May, 2020
- coffee breaks
- wifi connection
- transfer to/from hotel (see Accommodation)
Payment method
On-site payment will not be accepted.
After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).

In the description always specify the name of both the participant and Workshop (even if the payment is performed directly by your Institution). For Euro countries please specify "SHARE". For Extra Euro countries (extra EU, UK, Croatia, Norway, etc.) please specify "OUR" Please, note that all bank transfer costs will be charged to the sender.

Accompanying Persons
A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed at the welcome cocktail on the 26th of May with no additional fee.
A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed at the social event on the 27th of May with no additional fee.
A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed at the social dinner on the 28th of May with an additional fee of 35 Euro, which shall be paid directly to the restaurant.
Additional accompanying persons shall be communicated directly to the Local Organizing Committee, with email to: loc.stripe2020@elettra.eu
