The registration fee includes social dinner, lunch buffets, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail. Only one extra ticket for the dinner per participant can be purchased at 60 €. The reduced fee 250 € is available to students who can certify they attend a M.Sc. or a Ph.D. Please make sure to email us a certificate issued by your institution.

Registration becomes effective only after payment!

After completing the registration you will receive an e-mail with instructions for payment. Note that the registration becomes effective only after payment; simple filling of the form gives you no right to be admitted to the conference. Please note that registration will be possible as long as the number of participants does not overcome the capacity of the conference hall, according to a first-come, first-served rule. Otherwise, priority will be given to delegates whose abstract has been selected for an oral or a poster presentation.

Payment mode

It is possible to pay either by credit card secure transaction (preferred) or by bank transfer. We point out that we cannot accept cash or credit card payment at the conference desk and that there will be strictly no admittance without payment!

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of written notice before July 31, the registration fee will be refunded. The cost of the transaction will be detracted from the amount refunded. Please send an email to , with your details, bank name and address, IBAN / SWIFT code and account holder. No refund will be possible for cancellation requests sent after July 31, 2015.

Hotel booking is not included

The registration does not include hotel booking. Participants are thus required to arrange hotel booking independently. For more information please visit the Accommodation page.
