Registration and Hotel Accomodation
Fee
The registration fees are as follows
| early registration (until June 10, 2001) | regular fee 380 Euro student fee 200 Euro |
| late registration | regular fee 480 Euro student fee 300 Euro |
The fee covers, in addition to access to the conference, also the welcome cocktail, the book of abstracts, the conference kit, all coffee breaks, the conference banquet, the social event and one copy of the proceedings.
Cancellations
Before 23 June, 2001 refund minus 20% for expenses
After 23 June, 2001 NO refund.
Accompanying persons
There is no fee for accompanying persons. They are invited to attend the welcome cocktail and they will be required to make a separate payment for the conference banquet and the social event.
Applicants for grants from the European Union
The students and young researchers who applied for a grant from the European Union are kindly requested to postpone their registration until after the deadline for the notification of the selection results (March 31, 2001).
Instructions for filling the registration form
If you wish to attend the VUV XIII conference, please select the registration form link. The screen will contain a template for entering the data needed. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). After completing the form, click "SUBMIT". Note: if you leave the page before clicking the "SUBMIT" button, the information you inserted will be lost.
If the registration form is free of errors, the next
screen titled "Registration Submitted" will display the acknowledgment
that your registration has been saved in the database together with
a "Registration Submission Number". If the registration form contains
errors, an error message is displayed. The same information will be
also e-mailed to the address you provided in the form.
You can make changes before the deadline using:
- the Web address specified in the "Registration Submitted" page (or in the "Registration Submitted" e-mail);
- your "Registration Submission Number";
- your "password".
The registration will be considered valid when we receive confirmation of fee payment, of which you will be notified by e-mail.
