Chemical Labs at Elettra
ELETTRA provides three laboratories for its beamlines and internal and external scientists and users. Each of the laboratories is equipped with specialized instrumentation to ensure technical and scientific support for safe sample preparation and the provision of the infrastructure and equipment necessary for chemical processes and operations, thereby enabling high-quality research in close connection with synchrotron-based investigations.
Chemical Lab 1 for standard procedures.
Chemical Lab 2 for medium-complexity biochemical protocols.
Battery Lab for inert-atmosphere cell assembly and electrochemical characterization.
Collectively, these laboratories represent an integral component of the scientific environment at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste, supporting researchers in the preparation and development of high-quality experiments in alignment with international standards of safety and excellence.
