BEFORE applying, be sure to have all required documents in electronic format (pdf, jpg, …)  - see list below:

• Copy of an identity document (passport, identity card, driving license);

• Copy of the fiscal code (ONLY for Italian citizens);

• Copy of the fellowship agreement or letter of assignment;

• Copy of the insurance coverage (civil responsibility against third party (RCT) and against accidents), which must be valid for the full period of activities at the ELETTRA laboratory;

• Copy of permit of stay or postal receipt request (ONLY for Non-EU citizens).

STEP 1 - NOT YET REGISTERED The first step is to register in the VUO (Go to Section Registration, link New User select this link). Please be aware to report in the field "Istituto di Appartenenza" your affiliation/institute (NOT Sincrotrone Trieste).

STEP 2 - Already registered Enter the VUO, digit your id and password, go to the section Access Requests to ELETTRA Laboratory (NOT FOR USERS) and fill in the form selecting Fellowship holder as User type.
