Shipping of samples and equipment to ESCA Microscopy

It has to be noted that the costs of transportation (including return), insurance, taxes and customs must be paid in advance by the user affiliation. In order to avoid delay in receiving materials, we recommend you to write clearly the name of your local contact at Elettra, with his/her internal phone number. It is strongly advised to e-mail us the tracking number of your parcel.
If you need to send samples and/or equipment to the ESCA Microscopy beamline:

1 - please follow these instructions. (a form have to be filled and sent together with the shipment!!)

2 - the name of the receiver (the beamline local contact) must be clearly written on the parcel and on the delivery note, and the address must be in the format indicated below:
