Sharing SMB Mac OS X

From a Mac OSX client (OS from 10.4 to 10.11)

1. From the   Finder top menu bar find "Go"/ Connect to the server... (shortcut command+K)

2. In the new window that appers on screen insert smb://sincro-share.elettra.eu then click Connect

3. Connect as "Guest" to the file server for anonymous acces, give your username
   if you need a special authenticated access.

4. In the next new window highlight the Public item then click OK.

5. Operate as usual with the given share iconified on your desktop.

6. This is a temporary public area: remember to regularly clean up the files you do not use any more,
   we cannot guarantee for them if they take too much space.
