Windows Printer Installation

1. Open "File Explorer" and insert the location \\print.elettra.trieste.it
   
   ⚠️don't use \\print.elettra.eu
   
   
2. If a login is required, insert Guest as username with no password and check Remember credentials
   
   
3. Right click on the printer you want to install and choose connect
   
   
    
4. When the following window closes, your printer installation is completed. This operation may take some time as the system installs the driver, please be patient.
   
5. Should you encouter this error message:
   
   
   
   you must first remove all the printers with the same name configured in the computer from "Control Panel" -> "Devices and Printers".
6. Remove all the old printers with name *-copy as they've been removed.
