Upcoming online event - PaNOSC and ExPaNDS 2nd PaN EOSC Symposium

The second PaNOSC and ExPaNDS joint European PaN EOSC Symposium, is taking place on Zoom, on October 26th, 2021, from 9:30 CET to 13:00 CET.
You can reserve the date in your diary and register for the event here!
PaNOSC and ExPaNDS (of which Elettra Sincrotrone is partner) are Horizon 2020 projects, working closely to develop and make available to the scientific user community of photon and neutron (PaN) facilities - data, software and services for FAIR data access, analysis and re-use, to be integrated into the EOSC. The main goal is increased PaN data FAIRness - Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Re-usability.
The half-day meeting is open to all external stakeholders, such as scientists, users and decision makers. The first session will focus on project outcomes and sustainability models, with contributions from the chairs of the LEAPS and LENS initiatives. The second session will showcase a selection of use cases related to some of the tools and services developed in our projects, for FAIR data catalogues, data analysis and simulation, to further encourage vital user engagement.

PaNOSC is a European Commission grant for European Research Infrastructures to ensure the data they generate have applied common principles making their data easily Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable (FAIR). ExPaNDS pursues similar objectives towards national RIs, aiming at applying the FAIR principles to their own data.
