The European Synchrotron radiation Light Sources (ESLS) Radio Frequency (RF) Workshop is a platform dedicated to exchanging experience, best practices, and innovative ideas in RF electron beam acceleration. The 26th edition of the workshop took place on 8 and 9 November 2023 in Trieste. Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste hosted the meeting for the third time, with a special significance as the celebration of 30 years of light (1993 - 2023) are ongoing. With a legacy dating back to 1997, the workshop gathered RF experts from the main European research institutes with one mission: to explore the many aspects of RF acceleration, rangingfrom beam dynamics to RF hardware deployment. This collaborative forum offered a unique chance to connect, share expertise and ignite ideas, casting a brilliant light on the journey that will shape the RF acceleration landscape.
