On Tuesday, September 10, a delegation consisting of representatives from Argentine companies and start-ups, members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Rosario, together with Dr. Erica Hynes, Secretary for Science, Technology, and Innovation, and Dr. Daniel Galaverna, Undersecretary for Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Productive Development of the Santa Fe region, accompanied by three members of the Rosario Technology Park, had the opportunity to closely explore the scientific environment of Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste.

The visit began in Padriciano with a presentation of the activities and services offered by AREA Science Park. After lunch, the group moved to Basovizza, where they were welcomed by Marco Marazzi, Deputy General Coordinator, and Marco Peloi, Head of the Industrial Liaison Office at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste. The delegation visited the main light beamlines of Elettra before meeting Marco Zangrando, Leader of the Photon Transport and Diagnostics System at FERMI, who guided them through the discovery of this laboratory.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to further explore the expertise of our laboratory and Elettra's experience in research, opening the door to potential future collaborations.
