Elettra fondly remembers Piero Angela whom we had the opportunity to meet twice: the first time in 1991 during its construction phase as part of the ERA Exhibition of Advanced Research organised by Globo at the Stazione Marittima in Trieste, and the second time in 2007 when he visited with keen interest and curiosity the TASC Laboratory and the two beamlines SYRMEP and SuperESCA.
