d1.2 was rejected and will be updated in 2 weeks
d1.3 is late but we will use the tmb to force people to deliver their part.
David will prepare an email with specific requests to specific people.

1. human resource status and plans
Gaetano underlines that we have problems with wp2 an wp4.
David confirms.
2. deliverable status and plans
d2.1 - ok
d2.2 - ok
d2.3 - ok
d2.4, d2.5 - these are critical
Gaetano is not happy wih the status
There is at Brunnel a prototype implementation a database etc
but many aspects have to be clarified.
David is proposing workshop on qos, qos metrics database.
The goal is also to setup a task force on qos.
David will coordinate this task force.
There is no contraddiction if David moves some pm from wp4.
Concerning ibm, Gaetano is happy with the real time middleware they are planning to provide.
Roberto is concern about the integration plan of their middleware with the other components
and it seams this concern was also manifested by the reviewers.
3. release plan and release plan document (for the WPs which produce software)
Roberto will circulate the skeleton and each WP leader will try to prepare a draft
by the end of this week.
