Roberto:
- presented the structure of the release plan document
and the plan for its preparation: 1 week to allow each wp to
present its plan in the ideal situation (best effort),
1 week to fix inter wp dependency and to reach consistency;
- presented the status of the gridcc software download and
the idea of the request information page
Tatiana:
announced the procedure and requested solicitation to present the list of
reviewers.
Next step will be the softeware quality procedure.
