Abstract
Agenda
1. presentation of the release plan for each involved wp
2. fianl agreeement on dates for the qos workshop (if not yet achieved)
3. report by the quality manager
4. report by the integration manager
5. report by the exploitation manager
6. planning of the joint training event ie+vcr (last week of july 24-28)
Minutes:
1. WP3, WP5 are already available; WP2 will be available in the afternoon.
No news from WP4 which is becoming critical.
2. the finale date is 26th of june, also available in vrvs
Costas suggest to plan meeting at least one month in advance to reduce consts and assure people parteciaptes.
3. Now there is a plan for deliverables but only one person (David) is availabloe from Imperial College.
We need more reviews expecially english mother language.
4. Steve is still lacking members of the ITF (one for each wp). He is planning to have a kick-off meeting next week.
Please send ITF memeber name to Steve if not yet done.
5. Franco is still lacking members of the exploitation task force (one for each project partner). He is planning to have a kick-off meeting next week.
Please send exploitation reference person for your lab/institute to Franco if not yet done.
