As requested by Maria Ramalho from now on all the official meeting of the projects will produce minutes with the name of participants noted.
GM: we need also to know in advance the periods of unavailability of people.
RP. I propose we use the calendar tool in the gridcc portal to annotate this information.
1. RP. No news. I haven\'t yet received the requested updates. This is a little bit frustrating.
This will be the last week to provide the requested update otherwise I\'ll consider what received
so far official and I\'ll provide and publish this as the official release plan of the gridcc project.
2. RP. Every application is sending someone except PowerGrid.
TK. Paul Kyberd sould join the workshop.
Considering point 3 we could focus the specific session of the training on IE on
connecting the IE to Tango (i.e. elettra control system).
3. RP. Elettra is willng and can afford preparing the demo for the second annual review
but can take responsibility only for his part, not for the whole infrastructure and the
other wp replonsibility. We should define very quickly what will be the precise content of the demo.
