Minutes:
Costs is still missing contribution by wp leaders to complete the integration plan.
In particulare wp2, wp3, wp5, wp6 are not complete and wp5 is completely missing.
We ask all the wp leaders or deputies or their substitute to send by tomorrow evening to Costas
the detailed infromation having a look to the relase plan in orther to avoid inconsistencies and
to be prepared to update and finalize the release plan itself.
Mary is warried by wp6 deliverable and needs special consideration. She needs information on the
deployment of the applications and middleware evaluation to pass them back to Costas.

By tomorrow evening Asif will comunicate when he will be available to come to Udine/Trieste
to complete VCR-WfMS integration.
Luca will circulate an email with Brunel application description which can be used by the other applications
as a template. People responsible for the specific application should send back by the end of the week to Luca
their application scenario.
Next week at the TMB we have to decide which applications is worth to demonstrate.
Even if it is true that we should demonstrate applications which were not already presented
we should be able to present something impressive to the reviewers.
Final review: Maria proposal is in the week from 15th to 19th October which is conflicting with OGF21.
This is the only possible week, considering the time needed to prepare the financial documents.
Gaetano will propose a specific date in the week to have the meeting in legnaro.
