* WP2 and WP3 leaders absent, are requested to provide list of open issues
for their respective WPs and how they can be tackled, if at all.
* WP4
- D4.3 effectively finished, should be completely done Monday at latest
- D4.4 in progress should be there within the next 2-3 weeks
- Likewise for D4.5
- D4.4
> Cannot do stress-testing w/out the testbed completely in place (mostly
the PR, which is not up at the moment)
- D4.5
> NEED access to the PR and the accounts to be valid in the near future
for testing and finalising the demos
> Discussion on reservations from within the workflow
- On a basic level at least, all promised components are available
* WP5:
- Completing D5.6
- All software described in TA (and more) is available
* WP6:
- D6.4 in progress, some parts are missing (from Elettra app and
from CMS app)
- D6.5 in progress, work done for measurements
- All apps fully complete and ready to be demo\'d if needed
* WP7:
- Final dissemination report to be submitted; Request by Franco for all
participants to mail to him any dissemination material from this last year.
* Demos discussion
- Check that all prepared workflows are running from the VCR w/out problems
- Complete parts related to reservations
- Prepare video for the demo and include in web site
* Demo planning meetings:
- Each person responsible for a demo application to organise a meeting for
planning the demo and ensuring everything is working. Roberto goes first
with Elettra app.
