Synchweb HowTo

The SynchWeb-ISPyB database* is up and running to log your data collections and to upload your Unipucks and samples list for XRD2 sample changer

Synchweb-ISPyB portal is accessibile from this link: https://synchweb.elettra.eu/

0) Login with your VUO account credentials (full email/VUO password)

4) Fields that are filled-in (and red-highlighted items), in the following example, are compulsory - sample names should avoid blank spaces (!!! maximum name length allowed is 12 characters !!!); don't use the same name for different crystals. Default protein name is "MP" - custom protein can be added in the "Proteins" page BEFORE the puck is created. If all the samples are shown in "green" in the puck sketch you are fine and you can press "Add Container" button to save the Unipuck:

5) That's all! You can modify the content/names of a previously saved puck clicking on the magnification lense and check mark symbols (NB: pucks assigned to the sample changer must be un-assigned first!)
